We are a homeowners association consisting of 1,677 homes in 24 separate subdivisions.The property boasts 14 lakes, three parks, walking trails, a recreation center for homeowners, a pool, a kids’ pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, baseball field and a covered pavilion that residents enjoy on a daily basis. A white gazebo on scenic Twin Lakes is a popular place for residents’ parties and weddings. Ducks cool off in the lake, while children play in the nearby wooded park.
